Outbound Sales Agent – Full Time

Kennesaw Life Real Estate, a team of real estate specialists out of the RE/MAX Unlimited office, serves real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the Greater Atlanta Area. We’re growing fast and need help!

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with die-hard enthusiasm, a passion for achievement and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed. If the idea of making 150+ calls per day to generate business, and a commission structure with no limits on what you can earn gets your adrenaline going, you should probably keep reading.

What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Responsible for a minimum of 20 held listing appointments per month after 90-day ramp up.
  • Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets
  • Outbound cold calling to convert leads to appointments
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
  • Manage database of leads to ensure processes run smoothly and there is a rigorous lead follow-up
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed

  • High school graduate
  • Real estate license
  • Demonstrable record of sales success against quotas
  • 2-3 years professional experience on a sales team (new business development, field sales, inbound/outbound sales, account management) is desired but not required.

We’re a fast-growing real estate team consisting of 5 agents and two client coordinators. Located in Kennesaw, we focus our efforts on helping buyers/sellers in the Atlanta Metro area.

Job Type: Full-time

Total Compensation: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year
